Hành trình “Go Global” cùng KUV Saigon – Trải nghiệm có một không hai

Keiser students have just returned from the “Go Global with Keiser” trip in Singapore with many emotions. The trip brought students memorable experiences and opportunities to learn and interact in an international environment.

Many of the students on this trip were brand new to the Keiser family. On the first day at the airport, they learned how to quickly complete immigration procedures. Everyone was eager to experience what it was like to explore a new country.

Arriving in Singapore, the students were able to visit the most unique places in this country such as the Merlion Park, the Parliament House, the Durian Theater and the Fountain of Wealth. Everyone was surprised by the fresh, green, clean and civilized atmosphere of this small but no less beautiful country.

Keiser students were fortunate to connect with KUV Saigon alumni who are currently working for the Singapore government. They had a chance to meet, exchange culture, study and work life in Singapore. Keiser students have since learned how to use public transportation such as buses, subways, and use maps to get to their destinations. Indeed, “a day of travel teaches you a lot”, right?

On the second day, you will visit the “lungs” of Singapore: Garden By the Bay. Here, there are countless rare plants from all over the world that have been brought back and nurtured. The awareness of environmental protection is respected and encouraged in every Singaporean, which is something that KUV Saigon students feel very impressed by.

The third day was the most spectacular day of the “Go Global” trip. You spent a whole day playing and exploring Universal, experiencing many exciting and lively games just like in American blockbusters such as Waterworld, Transformers, Walk of Fame, and Jurassic Park. Everyone was amazed and admired the modernity and elaborate investment of this amusement park.

Mai Hoang Nhu, a first-year student majoring in Tourism and Hospitality Management at Keiser, shared: “I have traveled here and there with friends or relatives, but the recent 'Go Global' trip was so exciting and interesting that it is indescribable! There were people I did not know at first, but on the first day we became close friends, talking and laughing throughout the trip. Only by traveling can we see many interesting things in other countries to learn. I hope the school will organize more useful trips like this so that we students can learn more interesting and new things.”

The 4-day, 3-night trip to the Lion Island of Singapore has strengthened the bond between students, and through this, they have trained themselves to be disciplined and proactive in handling unexpected situations such as losing their passports, getting lost or checking their luggage through customs. All of the above skills are useful tips for students to "pocket" as a preparation for studying abroad in their upcoming future. The "Go Global" journey with Keiser has contributed to increasing the confidence of Keiser students who are cherishing the dream of reaching out to the international educational environment and conquering new horizons.
